Challenging Rudy and Andrew Giuliani to support the idea that Rudy Giuliani did everything "by the book" regarding his claims of widespread voter fraud and a stolen 2020 election

$

Description

Rudy Giuliani has stated on many occasions that there was widespread voter fraud in the 2020 general election. On the other hand, there are many voices - including President Trump's Attorney General Bill Barr's - stating that the election was not stolen and that there was no evidence of widespread voter fraud.

The possibility of widespread voter fraud and a stolen 2020 election is of the utmost importance if we are to sustain the republic of the United States. I believe the vast majority of the citizens of the United States - and of the world - want to live in a shared reality around the truth, whatever that truth is. Rudy Giuliani has been credibly accused of having intentionally undermined faith in our democracy and has subsequently had his New York State law license suspended.

His son, Andrew Giuliani - who is running for Governor of New York State - appeared to be very angry at this decision and claimed that the decision was a partisan attack and that anyone who believed otherwise must be biased. He claimed that his father "did everything, ultimately, by the book" regarding his claims of widespread voter fraud and claims of a stolen US presidential election.

The decision of the New York State Supreme Court details the reasons for its decision. They claim that they were not given any meaningful evidence of voter fraud and that Rudy Giuliani's assertions of wrongdoing have been universally contradicted by the people entrusted with authority regarding the elections that Rudy claims were stolen.

We invite Rudy and Andrew Giuliani to specify which of these reasons occur to them as unreasonable, unjust, and/or wrong - and why. If they decline to participate, we can spread word of that fact in the hopes of preventing a possible disinformation agent from being elected Governor of New York State.
