On November 6, 2020, Chair of the Federal Election Commission, Trey Trainor said, "I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place," in battleground states.

The Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency wrote, "There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised."
