True or False: The use of unidentified federal police with unmarked vans against protesters is unconstitutional

Many find it concerning that federal agents from several agencies have been "arresting" protesters by simply grabbing them and putting them into unmarked vehicles, while also dressed without identifying information or clearly recognizable uniforms.

True or False: Anti-lock-down protests in the US are "AstroTurf" or fueled by outside groups

Several mainstream newspapers have claimed to have evidence that the protests against "lockdown" during coronavirus or the Covid-19 crisis. Some have even called them "AstroTurf" as opposed to "grassroots" protests, meaning that they were organized or funded by groups which have a different goal and a lot of money, rather than by activists interested in their purported goal of ending lockdown.
